Campaign Corps Highlights Keith Weissglass, Class of 2005

September 19, 2005

Keith Weissglass is doing a great job in Virginia's Prince William County as the Volunteer Coordinator for the Victory 2005 coordinated campaign. "Prince Williams County isn't the easiest place [to find volunteers]," says Amy Reger, Regional Field Director, "but Keith is exactly what we needed." According to her "volunteers wouldn't come back if it weren't for him."

Keith has made the campaign office inviting to volunteers with their names and pictures posted on the wall recognizing them for their hard work. His high energy and upbeat attitude along with his willingness to try new things has earned him high praise from his co-workers.

Keith hails from Santa Barbara, CA where he got involved in politics at a young age by walking precincts with his mother. Having caught the campaign bug, he went on to volunteer for several campaigns during his college career including Lois Capps for Congress.

Keith stood out on his Campaign Corps Application stating, "I want to work for a pro-choice Democrat not simply because I am pro-choice, but because I truly believe [the kind] of government pro-choice candidates envision will serve us best over time."

We at Campaign Corps full heartedly agree with Keith and want to encourage him to keep up the great work!
