Sununu votes against Medicare bill
Republican Sen. John Sununu voted against a bill Wednesday that would have stopped pay cuts for doctors who treat Medicare patients. New Hampshire Democratic Party spokesman Alex Reese said the move "put the insurance industry first." Former Gov. Jeanne Shaheen, running to unseat Sununu this fall, supported the bill.
