Statement by Ellen R. Malcolm on Stephanie Herseth's Victory in South Dakota

WASHINGTON – Following is a statement by Ellen R. Malcolm, president of EMILY's List, on Stephanie Herseth's victory in the South Dakota Congressional special election.
