EMILY’s List Statement on Latest News on Trump Gag Rule

Today, the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals lifted national injunctions against the Trump administration’s dangerous and unethical gag rule. The Title X gag rule bans federally funded clinics from providing abortion and abortion referrals, creating unreasonable barriers to care and jeopardizing the health care of millions of American families.
