306 Days: EMILY’s List Recognizes Latina Equal Pay Day

Today EMILY’s List released the following statement on Latina Equal Pay Day. Today marks how far into the year Latinas must work to earn what white, non-Hispanic men earned in the previous year for the same work – 306 days. Latinas make on average 54 cents on the dollar compared to white, non-Hispanic men, resulting in a million-dollar loss in income over their lifetime.
