Today, BlackPAC, the National Education Association and WOMEN VOTE!, the independent expenditure arm of EMILY’s List, announced a major independent expenditure program to send Joyce Elliott to Congress.

Today, WOMEN VOTE!, the independent expenditure arm of EMILY’s List, unveiled a $375,000 two-week television program in the toss up race between Wendy Davis and Congressman Chip Roy.  The ad, which begins airing tomorrow, calls out Congressman Roy’s record of prioritizing the interests of big pharmaceutical companies over the interests of Texans.
