EMILY’s List Statement on Planned Parenthood’s Forced Exit from Title X

Today, in the face of an HHS-imposed deadline to comply with the Trump administration’s dangerous and unethical Title X ‘gag rule’, Planned Parenthood Federation of America — the largest provider in the program since its creation —  announced they would be forced to pull out of Title X in order to continue serving patients and providing abortion referrals.
